We manufacture a range of bespoke made to measure flush fd120 fire doors to your specification and design. Within our pyro suite we have a vast array of performance doorset constructions for fd90 and fd120 fire door applications. Doors also achieve high levels of acoustic and mechanical performance strength and dimensional stability. Also made from halspan s unique 3 layer particle board veria is our internal non fire door blank.

It can also be edged and laminated or veneered with a lacquered finish. Rated at 20 30 to 120 minutes fire resistance our range of internal fire door blanks includes optima prima and our even greener prima plus alternative. Dorsuite own literally hundreds of fire tests which enables us to fire certificate products that for a variety of reasons are beyond the norm. Fd90 and fd120 doors and doorsets can provide excellent fire resistance and smoke control as required.
